About Trainer's Special Circuit
This is not a generic, pre-recorded drill. It is the exact high-intensity circuit that coach Akash and I put together after hours, designed to challenge even experienced athletes. If you have been training with Gadas or Mudgars and want to test your real-world endurance in our sandpit, this is the challenge for you.
When we talk about the 'Trainer's Special' circuit, we aren't talking about rep counting or ego lifting. We are talking about functional flow. At Tagda Raho, we built the 'Dugout' with a sandpit and raw tools like Gada and Mudgar precisely because we wanted a space where movement feels natural, not forced.
What to Expect
These circuits are designed for intensity and mobility. You will see us moving between heavy Gada swings, complex Mudgar flows, and sandpit drills that work your stabilizer muscles. It is not about how much you can lift, but how long you can sustain control under pressure. We focus on torque, asymmetric weight distribution, and functional chains that translate into real-life strength.
