About Community & Consistency
You do not walk into a cold, clinical gym here. When you step into The Dugout, you are surrounded by people swinging Gadas and practicing Mudgar flows who keep you accountable. It is a shared energy that makes showing up on your tired days much easier than training alone.
Consistency is the hardest part of any fitness journey. We get it. That is why we built a culture where the tribe pushes you forward. Whether you are training in our Ulsoor, HSR Layout, or Bavdhan dugout, you will find people at all different stages of their journey, all united by the same goal. We use traditional Indian equipment like Gada, Mudgar, and Samtola because they build real-world strength that stays with you. When you join, you are not just signing up for a class. You are becoming part of a group that refuses to compromise on health. We have seen our members crush marathon records and regain lost range of motion.
