About Online Certification & Athlete Showcase
We don't just teach you how to swing a mace. You will spend the certification days deep-diving into biomechanics, torque, and how to safely scale movements for any body type—whether you are coaching a pro athlete or a complete beginner. It is about building the eye for real technique, not just following a video.
The Gada and Mudgar are not gym props—they are tools for life. Our Level 1 Foundation Instructor Certification is designed to take you beyond YouTube tutorials and into the mechanics of traditional Indian training.

Certification Levels
- Level 1 (Foundation): A 3-day intensive course (approx. 18-20 hours) for those starting their coaching journey. Perfect for fitness pros, physios, and athletes wanting to add traditional strength to their repertoire.
- Level 2 (Advanced): For L1 graduates. We dive into complex flows, dual Mudgar coordination, and advanced Gada handling for specific goals like hypertrophy and mobility.
