About Our Dojangs & Class Information
Picking the right location is the first step. At our Andheri, Goregaon, and Jogeshwari dojangs, we focus on consistency rather than just showing up occasionally. If you're near Ganpati Nivas in Goregaon or OES International in Jogeshwari, you can train regularly. Don't worry about gear initially; focus on showing up for your free trial class to see if our training method matches your goals.
Where We Train
We operate across key locations in Mumbai to keep training accessible. Consistency is what separates those who quit from those who earn their Black Belt.
- Goregaon West: Located at Ganpati Nivas, we run both weekday and weekend batches here.
- Jogeshwari West: Classes are held at OES International School, right behind the Lotus Petrol Pump.
- Andheri & Malad: We serve students within a 3km radius of these areas, focusing on personalized attention in every session.
How Our Classes Work
We don't do 'shortcuts'. Whether you are an adult looking to break a monotonous routine or a parent wanting your child to unplug from their phone, our sessions are built on:
- The Basics: We start with stances, footwork, and flexibility.
- Technical Drills: Poomsae (forms), kicking combinations, and sparring (Kyorugi) in full protective gear.
- Mental Toughness: Discipline, respect, and learning to handle pressure.
Choosing Your Batch
We offer two main structures based on your commitment level:
- Regular Training: 3-4 days a week for those serious about progression and belt grading.
- Weekend Foundation: 2 days a week for students with busy weekday schedules, focusing on conditioning and primary techniques.
