Main ek kalaakaar hoon (I'm an artist) and they call me the 'Tabla Beat Breaker'. For me, music starts with groove - if you want raw energy and soul in your track, that's my thing. I bring authentic Indian percussion to any recording, from bhajans to Bollywood.
What I Do
I record professional percussion tracks for producers, composers, and bands. My studio setup is built for crisp, seamless takes that fit right into your project. I travel to top studios, work with sound engineers, and collaborate with bands - not stuck in one place, because music is everywhere.
My Percussion Palette
- Tabla recording for fusion tracks: From classical to high-tempo fusion and Bollywood, tabla is my main instrument.
- Dholak rhythm for Punjabi music: Earthy, energetic, perfect for folk, Sufi, or pop.
- Other percussion: Darbuka, hand drums, and whatever your vibe needs. If you want something specific, just ask.
Genres I Play
- Bollywood percussion studio session (item numbers, romantic, whatever fits)
- Devotional (bhajans, qawwali)
- Sufi, mehfil, Punjabi folk & pop
- Indian classical, fusion, contemporary
How I Work
Each session is a new koshish (fresh effort). Sometimes, I work solo, sometimes with my Papa ji and bhaiya - music is best made together. I love collaborating, listening, and finding that magic take.
Mausiki mein asli mazaa collaboration mein hai (the real joy of music is in collaboration).

My Story
Om sai ram! Music runs in my veins, thanks to Papa ji—my guru, my everything. Recording with him, performing with my band Saaz-e-Mehfil, or just jamming with friends, that’s my life. I always say, 'Zindagi mein aap jaise pita ho to usey bhagya kehte hain!' (If you have a father like you in life, it's called fortune!) Teaching at Rythem Home Music Academy and seeing students find their groove is pure joy. Wherever I go, my tabla goes—Udaipur, Dubai, doesn’t matter. Happiness is rhythm.
