Need the perfect rhythm for your track? I bring authentic tabla and dholak soul to your music. Let's record something special in Delhi NCR.

A behind the scenes look at a full recording session from the sound engineer's perspective. You can see the whole band working together in the studio and the audio waveforms being captured, showing a complete professional recording process.

Here is a clip from a bhajan recording session with my Papa ji. We are both equipped with headphones and professional microphones, ensuring perfect sync and high fidelity sound for devotional music projects.

This video shows a multi-percussionist recording session in a studio with unique acoustic properties. I am collaborating with my Papa ji and another artist, layering different percussion instruments for a rich, textured sound.

This is a typical recording setup for a multi-percussion track. You can see me on tabla, with my Papa ji and another artist on dholak, all mic'd up and ready to record in a professional studio environment.

A great recording session with my Papa ji and Tinku bhaiya. We often collaborate on projects, bringing generations of musical experience to the studio.

Here I am with my guru, Suresh Verma uncle ji, during a recording session. Learning from the masters is a lifelong journey, and I bring that depth of knowledge to every project I work on.

This is a first person view of me recording a new tabla pattern in the studio. The close microphone setup is key to capturing the nuances of the bayan and dayan for a professional quality recording.

About In the Studio: Crafting Your Sound

When you book a session, we aren't just hitting drums, we are layering tracks for that perfect sound. Whether you need a crisp, classical tabla for a ghazal or a heavy dholak groove for a Punjabi track, I bring the right microphones and professional setup to your studio in Delhi NCR to make sure every beat sits right in your mix.

Main ek kalaakaar hoon (I am an artist), and for me, a recording session is a new koshish (effort). I don't just walk into a studio and play. I work with you to understand the melody, the tempo, and the emotion you want to capture.

How We Work Together

Whether you are a music producer, a composer, or part of a band, my goal is to give you raw, high-quality stems that make your job easier. I often bring my Papa ji and bhaiya along for sessions, which means you get generations of experience and a full percussion ensemble in the room. This collaboration is where the magic happens.

My Recording Services

  • Single Instrument Session: Perfect for when you need a specific sound. I record up to 3 hours of Tabla or Dholak with raw WAV stems, including one round of minor rhythm corrections.
  • Full Fusion Arrangement: For complex tracks, we spend up to 6 hours layering Tabla, Dholak, Darbuka, and hand cymbals. You get individual multitrack stems for every layer, giving you total control during the mixing process.

Where I Record

I am not stuck in one place because music is everywhere. I travel to recording studios across Delhi and NCR to record directly with your sound engineer. If you have a specific studio you trust, I will be there with my instruments, ready to record. My setup focuses on crisp, clean takes that capture the natural resonance of the wood and the goat skin, ensuring your track has that authentic, organic feel that programmed drums just cannot replicate.

I’m known as the 'Tabla Beat Breaker,' and for me, music is family. I’ve learned everything from my Papa ji, and we often record together, bringing decades of experience into the studio to make your music sound alive.
