Single Song Tabla Recording
Pre-Production
Review of client scratch track to determine mood and meter (Taal). Designing the Theka (groove) and Laggis (variations) to suit the climax.
Studio Execution
Use of professional Tabla set with Dayan tuned to song root key. Strict adherence to click track (metronome) for grid-aligned editing. Mic placement collaboration for optimal Syahi sound capture. Recording main rhythm track plus one layer of fills.
Deliverables
Clean uncompressed audio stems or performance at client studio. One round of minor punch-in revisions during the session.
Dual Percussion Fusion Track
Arrangement
Dual-tone soundscape design using distinct frequencies of both instruments. Handling complex time signatures (polyrhythms) or unique Gats.
Logistics & Prep
Transport of Tabla set and large Pakhavaj drum to the studio. Fresh preparation of Pakhavaj wheat dough on the bass side for traditional thud sound.
Recording Process
Track 1: High-frequency detailed fingerwork on Tabla. Track 2: Overdubbing deep open-hand strokes on Pakhavaj. Dedicated solo section for technical improvisation if required.
4-Hour Studio Block
Session Capacity
4 hours of dedicated artist presence at the studio. Coverage for 2 to 3 standard songs or 1 complex experimental piece. Flexibility for jam-style improvisation with other musicians on site.
Performance Standards
AIR-graded playing quality with consistent velocity and timing. On-spot rhythmic restructuring based on producer feedback.
Artist Provisions
Access to both Tabla and Pakhavaj instruments as needed. Includes 20-minute artist warm-up for peak finger speed. Unlimited retakes within the booked time window.

My Story
Namaste dosto! Main Divyanshu hoon. Music hi mera sab kuch hai - tabla aur pakhavaj ki taal mein hi meri zindagi hai. Varanasi ki Ganga par pehli baar bajaya tha, boat hil rahi thi, par Shiv ji ka ashirwad tha - bas bajata gaya. All India Radio ki grading, ya Faculty of Music mein padhana, sab ek blessing hai. Guru ki kripa hai, aur aap sabka pyaar bhi. Shukriya, dil se.
