About Find Your Inner Rhythm: Our Core Facilitator Course
In this course, you don’t just watch; you facilitate actual, live drum circles for volunteer groups right here at our studio. That is the real work—navigating the energy, the hesitation, and the connection in real-time under my direct supervision. You will leave this week knowing exactly how to lead a circle, not just how to play a drum.
Everything I teach is rooted in the tradition I learned from my guru, the late Grandmaster Mamady Keïta. We don't just hit drums; we use rhythm as a tool for healing, community building, and personal growth.
What You Will Learn
My 'Find Your Inner Rhythm' certification covers 63 hours of intensive training over 7 days. You will learn the mechanics of facilitation: how to read body language, use vocal cues, and manage groups ranging from corporate teams to community gatherings. We focus on listening, not just playing. Whether you are a teacher, therapist, HR professional, or someone looking to bring more rhythm into your life, you will learn why a drum circle works and how to hold that space.
The Curriculum
We keep the group size intimate to ensure personalized attention. The course includes:
- Facilitation Mechanics: How to start, sustain, and end a rhythm session.
- Group Management: Strategies for diverse groups, including schools, corporate offices, and special needs populations.

Logistics
Training happens at Artsphere in Kalyani Nagar, Pune. We provide professional West African Djembes for the duration of the course, along with a comprehensive facilitator handbook and light refreshments.
