About Drums & Percussion Workshops
You don't need to be a natural pro to start. Our batches are small—strictly 3 to 4 students—so you get real time on the kit instead of just waiting for your turn. Whether you’re here for the high-energy roar of a full drum kit or the organic, soulful feel of a Djembe or Tabla, our instructors focus on your posture and timing. You will build a foundation that actually holds up, without the frustration of trying to guess techniques from generic online videos.
Hands-on Learning
Music is a language, and percussion is the heartbeat. At our Andheri West academy, we move away from boring theory. Whether you pick up the Cajon, Djembe, or a full electronic drum kit, the focus is always on creating sound from day one.
Our Approach
- Small Batch Logic: With only 3 to 4 students per session, you aren't just sitting in a room watching others. You get direct kit time and immediate feedback from your instructor.
- Modern & Classical Mix: We teach Western kit drumming alongside Indian percussion like the Tabla. If you want to learn the 'bols' (strokes) of the Tabla or the footwork of a drum pedal, we cover both.
- Performance Focus: We don't just teach you how to hit drums. We prep you for band dynamics, helping you understand how to jam with guitarists and singers during our internal sessions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need my own drums? No. We provide the kits, practice pads, and auxiliary percussion during class. You only need to grab your own drumsticks once you start practicing at home.
Can I learn even if I have zero rhythm? Yes. Everyone starts somewhere. Our workshops are designed to be stress-relieving and fun, not intense or judgmental.
What if I miss a class? We believe in flexibility. Just give us a heads-up, and we can look at rescheduling your session so you don't fall behind.
