I’m Varun, and with Taal Inc, I’ve learned that playing an instrument is one thing, but leading a group through rhythm? That’s another game altogether. It's less about just hitting the drum, more about connecting people, building energy, and holding space where everyone feels seen. When we say 'Come. Drum. Be One.', we mean it.
Teachers, therapists, HR folks, artists, and people who just want more rhythm in life - I’ve seen all types here. If you want to use rhythm to create joy or community, you’ll fit in. Intent beats experience.
After FYIR, there’s Rhythm 2 Recovery (for those into music therapy facilitator training) and advanced retreats for deeper dives. The learning never really stops. For me, it’s about chasing that ‘Wassa Wassa!’ vibe in every session.
If you’re ready to step up and lead, let’s see what rhythm can do for you.

My Story
My Work
All In Drum Experiences - We run corporate drum circles, West African djembe workshops, rhythm ensembles, junk percussion, wellness sessions, and facilitator training.
Community Drum Circles - No skills needed, just show up. We supply drums. Age, background, doesn’t matter. Come find your sewa (joy) and connect.
Traditional Djembe Classes - Learn djembe the West African way, straight from Mamady Keïta’s curriculum. Classes in Baner and Kalyani Nagar for all.
Event Drumming - Birthdays, weddings, office events – we bring the drums and energy. No circle? We’ll improvise, guests will remember it.
Rhythm Facilitator Training - Our 'Find Your Inner Rhythm' course teaches you how to use rhythm for real change, not just for show.
