About Rhythm & Arts-based Wellness Programs
Why Rhythm & Arts?
At Taal Inc, I see rhythm as more than music - it’s a way to switch off your brain, de-stress, and feel genuinely connected. Everyone’s got some dhoom (beat) inside, and tapping into it can be a game changer for your mood and energy.
What to Expect
- Never played a drum? Koi tension nahi (no worries). No experience needed. I believe anyone, any age, can join in and feel the vibe.
- We use djembe (West African drum) because it’s simple, fun, and honestly, it just brings people together.
- Sessions are about letting go, having pure masti (fun), and feeling that “Wassa Wassa!” (happy happy) energy.
Our Programs
- Open sessions for individuals or groups to unwind and try something new. It’s a safe place to just be yourself and enjoy.
- Team building with rhythm for companies - helps break down office walls, gets people talking, and works as a real stress-buster.
- Inclusive music wellness is close to my heart - we do special sessions for groups with special needs, making sure everyone feels part of the beat.
- Sometimes we do deeper, immersive stuff like 'Drum Meditate Move' - think drumming, movement, and meditation all mixed together.
How It Feels
Picture a room, all of us in a circle, starting slow and then suddenly, sab ek saath bajate hain (everyone plays together). The noise fades, the tension goes, and you just feel... bahut badhiya (really good).
If you’re after something that’s more than just music, and want to actually feel better, come try it out.

My Story
Hey, we’re Taal Inc. – started by Varun, who swapped psychology for the djembe after it blew his mind (and heart). Our roots go deep, thanks to Grandmaster Mamady Keïta’s blessings. The djembe’s not just an instrument, it’s got spirit, history, and a knack for breaking barriers. We see kids, elders, total strangers, all grooving together. Making new drums feels like Diwali फटाका (firecracker) for us. Taal Inc. is a tribe, not just a company. Wassa Wassa! Happy Happy!
My Work
All-In Drum Experiences - We run corporate drum circles, West African djembe workshops, rhythm ensembles, junk percussion, wellness sessions, and facilitator training.
Community Drum Circles - No skills needed, just show up. We supply drums. Age, background, doesn’t matter. Come find your sewa (joy) and connect.
Traditional Djembe Classes - Learn djembe the West African way, straight from Mamady Keïta’s curriculum. Classes in Baner and Kalyani Nagar for all.
Event Drumming - Birthdays, weddings, office events – we bring the drums and energy. No circle? We’ll improvise, guests will remember it.
Rhythm Facilitator Training - Our 'Find Your Inner Rhythm' course teaches you how to use rhythm for real change, not just for show.
