About Kids Classes & Summer Camps

Every 60-minute session at Swimsquare is structured to maximize progress: we begin with 15 minutes of dry-land conditioning, using acro-yoga and animal flow to build the core strength and flexibility kids need, followed by 45 minutes of focused in-water skill development.
