About Kids Classes & Summer Camps
Every 60-minute session at Swimsquare is structured to maximize progress: we begin with 15 minutes of dry-land conditioning, using acro-yoga and animal flow to build the core strength and flexibility kids need, followed by 45 minutes of focused in-water skill development.
Our approach to teaching children goes beyond just keeping them afloat. In our Anjanapura facility, we emphasize building water confidence through a balanced curriculum that treats dry-land fitness as seriously as water training. By engaging muscles with stability drills before entering the pool, children develop better posture and technique, making the transition to swimming strokes like freestyle and backstroke feel more natural.
