About this collection
Our competitive success stems from a dual-focus approach. We do not just log hours in the 50m Olympic pool; every medallist trains using a mix of high-intensity water sessions and specific dry-land conditioning, including acro-yoga and core strength drills. This integrated training ensures our swimmers build the stamina and flexibility required for competitive flip turns, starts, and endurance races.
Success at state and national levels does not happen by accident. It is a product of high-volume lap swimming, rigorous technique correction, and a disciplined daily schedule.
Our Competitive Philosophy
We treat swimming as a sport that requires conditioning both in and out of the water. Swimmers in our competitive squads follow a 6-day training week, which includes:
- High-Performance Water Drills: Intensive work on flip turns, underwater dolphin kicks, and race-pace interval training in our 50m Olympic-size outdoor pool.
- Dry-Land Conditioning: Access to our 'Swim Gym' for stability ball workouts, battle ropes, and resistance training to prevent injury and increase explosive power.
- Stroke Analysis: Regular video sessions and technique drills to refine freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly mechanics.
Training Environment
Our athletes train at the Anjanapura, Bengaluru, with access to both our 25m indoor semi-Olympic pool and the 50m outdoor facility. This flexibility allows us to maintain consistent training schedules regardless of weather, ensuring our competitive swimmers never miss a day of progress.
The Path to Competition
We guide our athletes through every stage of their journey. This includes regular in-house time trials to track personal bests and professional support for registrations at major events like the NRJ State Aquatics Championship, the UTPULTA meets, and University Games. Whether you are aiming for your first regional medal or prepping for Junior Nationals, our coaching team provides the strategy and mental conditioning to help you perform when it matters most.
