About Aquatic Fitness Classes
Get ready to swap the usual gym grind for something a lot more refreshing. At Swimsquare, I make sure every aquatic fitness class is lively, effective, and leaves you feeling pumped up.
What Happens in the Pool
- I run Aqua Zumba classes that mix dance moves with water resistance - think pool party vibes and a full-body workout rolled into one.
- My general water workouts and aqua aerobics sessions are all about building core strength and boosting endurance, perfect for anyone looking for low-impact pool workouts.
Why Water Works
- Water supports your joints, so exercises feel easier on knees and hips but still challenge your muscles.
- The resistance from all directions means you work harder without even realizing it, great for those who want to try pool exercise for joint pain.
- These classes burn calories, and honestly, the music and splashing make it fly by.
- Nothing beats the chill after a workout in water – it’s proper stress relief.
Who Can Join?
- Anyone, really. My classes suit all fitness levels, from total beginners to seasoned athletes. No need to have tried water aerobics for beginners before.
How We Roll
- Bring a towel, wear swimming gear, and a cap. Quick shower before you hop in. If you’ve got any health concerns, just let me know.
- The pool’s indoor and temperature-controlled, with lockers and showers sorted.

My Story
We’re Swimsquare. Not your regular pool - we’re kinda obsessed with swimming and making it fun. Hosted the 19th Lifesaving Pool Nationals once, big deal for us. Our coaches keep learning, even from Olympic legends like Michael Bohl. You’ll see our kids doing acro yoga, battle ropes, and just messing around in the water after tough training. Every medal, every smile - it’s a win for our whole Swimsquare gang.
