Stop just running. Build the functional power to push, pull, and endure through any challenge.

Rewriting the definition of a strong woman. This is a 125kg sled push, a core part of my hybrid training philosophy. We build real-world power that translates directly to your endurance performance.

This is the final practice before a HYROX race, pulling a heavily loaded sled. This type of functional strength training is what separates endurance athletes from truly powerful hybrid athletes.

A runner testing her limits in hybrid sports. Sled pushes are brutal but incredibly effective for building the leg drive and core stability needed to maintain speed and form when you're tired.

A 120kg sled pull in action. This exercise builds incredible posterior chain and grip strength, crucial for maintaining a powerful running form and preventing late-race breakdowns.

Focused and in the zone during a HYROX competition. This is me on the SkiErg, a full-body cardio machine that tests your endurance and power, a key station in our hybrid training.

If you're not a runner but doing HYROX, this is how we prepare. My coaching focuses on building your running endurance alongside your strength, so you can tackle the 8km of running with confidence.

Wall balls can be the most dreaded station in HYROX. Here, I break down the form and explain the equipment needed to practice at home, ensuring you can conquer this challenge.

The farmer's walk is a simple but brutal exercise for building grip strength, core stability, and mental toughness. This is a staple in my functional strength programs for endurance athletes.

About Hybrid Athlete Training

Being a hybrid athlete isn't just about logging miles or hitting PRs in the gym. It is about maintaining your run speed even after a heavy sled push or a set of wall balls. I train you to handle that transition—where your lungs are burning and your legs are heavy—so you don't break down when the intensity spikes. We don't guess. We train your body to handle the fatigue of a race, not just the comfort of a workout.
