I left a high-pressure corporate career because I was burnt out and disconnected. This is the real, unfiltered story of how yoga helped me rebuild my life from scratch.

When I was fired from my corporate job, I had to choose between finding another one or following my passion for yoga. I chose faith over fear, and the universe opened doors I never imagined. If you're feeling stuck, trust that it will work out for you too.

My transformation wasn't just physical. A shoulder injury forced me to stop, and the mental and emotional pain was intense. This journey taught me what real fitness is and helped me bounce back more humble and beautiful than ever.

You think skydiving is adventurous? Try quitting your job to start a business with no idea where your next paycheck is coming from. Maa kasam, this is the real adventure, driven by passion, not money.

Patience. This is what my fractured ankle taught me. On the mat, we work slowly, and off the mat, I learned that healing has its own timetable.

Surrender isn't defeat. It's choosing peace with what is, so your energy can go where it helps most. I had to surrender completely to the healing process.

Presence. Even when my body was paused, teaching yoga kept my mind moving. Guiding others through their practice became my own form of therapy.

Gratitude. This forced pause became a teacher. I'm learning to slow down, notice the small lessons, and trust that this chapter is shaping me for the better.

Sometimes you just have to accept it. Things happen that are not under your control. This injury taught me to accept the rough times and look for the lesson within them.

After being physically injured for a year, I found my motivation in devotion. This journey to Dwarka reminded me that faith can help you move towards your higher purpose, even when you feel broken.

In March, I was thrown out of a project I had worked on for months. Life, huh? But 2025 was all about focus, picking myself up, and building from scratch without questioning anything.

About My Journey: From Burnout to Balance

People often ask if I regret leaving my 2-lakh salary job. Honestly? Not for a second. When you stop chasing paychecks and start chasing peace, your body begins to heal on its own terms. Whether you are dealing with corporate stress, recovering from an injury, or just feeling stuck, know that the path back to yourself isn't about fancy poses. It is about simple, consistent habits that actually hold up when life gets messy.

Leaving a stable, high-paying career feels like jumping off a cliff. When I quit, I had zero guarantees, just a lot of faith. But that is the thing about the yogic path. It is rarely a smooth road. Sometimes it is a fractured ankle that keeps you off the mat for months. Sometimes it is just waking up and wondering if you made the right choice.

I share this journey because I want you to know that you do not need to be flexible, perfect, or pain-free to start your own practice. My sessions are built on the lessons I learned in the trenches. Consistency beats intensity, every single time. We do not just do asanas here. We work on the mental clutter, the stiff bones, and the heavy emotions that come with a high-pressure city lifestyle. Whether we are doing Hatha flow or breathwork like Kapalbhati, the goal is the same: to make you feel like yourself again. No sugar-coating, just honest work.
