Music is a sacred sadhana, not just a set of notes. Join our traditional Baithak sessions in Delhi and beyond to learn the art of Hindustani classical music, where we focus on deep voice culture and emotional depth.

For me, technique is only the beginning. The real question I ask every student is, "Jo line gaa rahe ho usme bhaav bana ya nahi bana?" Is there emotion in the line you are singing? This is the soul of our music, and finding it is the core of my teaching.

The journey of a student culminates in moments like these. Here, two of my disciples, the Nair sisters, perform together at our Swarveni Utsav, their voices united in harmony. This is the beauty of the Guru-Shishya parampara, where dedication blossoms into artistry.

Welcome to a Swarveni Baithak. These intimate monthly gatherings are where our students and music lovers come together. It is a space filled with melody, rhythm, and a shared reverence for our classical traditions.

The expression on an artist's face tells the story of the raga. Here, guest artist Smt. Tanushree Kashyap Sharma is completely immersed in her vocal recital at our academy, demonstrating the profound connection between emotion and melody.

In our classroom, we explore the depths of each raga. This is a session where we are learning the nuances of Raag Basant, a melody that heralds the arrival of spring. Each note is a step deeper into the tradition.

The path of music is open to all, and it brings immense joy. Seeing my youngest students, our 'little champs', sing with such happiness and confidence is a reward in itself. We welcome children aged seven and above to begin their musical journey.

Hearing from my students is a great source of fulfillment. In this video, Sh. Sanjay Kumar, a senior government official, shares his experience of learning at Swarveni and how it has become a spiritual anchor in his life.

The words of the great masters guide our path. This profound thought from the legendary Pandit Jasraj reminds us that music is a divine pursuit, a way to connect with something beyond ourselves. This philosophy is the foundation of my academy.

About Featured

We teach with a specific focus on 'bhaav' (emotional expression), because singing without feeling is just noise. In our small-group sessions at the North Ex-Mall studio, we don't rush. You will sit in the traditional Baithak style, observing how senior students handle pitch, breath, and raga nuances, which allows you to absorb the discipline of the Guru-Shishya parampara naturally through osmosis rather than just theory.
