Fitness, Faith, and Discipline: My Coaching Philosophy
Fitness is not just about the weights I lift. It is about the faith, family, and grit that fuel every single session.
Holding my child during Chhath Puja at the Sangam. My family and my faith are the sources of my deepest strength and teach me the power of devotion.
I feel fortunate to have taken a holy dip during the Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj. My spiritual practice is as important to me as my physical training.
A moment of prayer in the holy waters of the Ganges. This experience was a powerful reminder of the importance of faith and humility.
Offering prayers at the Maha Kumbh. These moments of spiritual connection provide me with the inner strength to overcome any challenge.
My faith in Bajrangbali gives me strength. This video combines a visit to the Salasar Balaji temple with a heavy squat session, showing how my spiritual and physical worlds are connected.
Exercise is king and nutrition is queen. Put them together and you have a kingdom. Here I am in my karmabhoomi, the kingdom I've built.
A smile can be a sign of strength. I have a dream to help as many people as possible achieve their fitness goals and live a better life.
Wearing my Superman shirt, a symbol of the strength I strive to build in myself and my clients. I believe everyone has a hero inside them.
Even a coach has his heroes. Standing next to a Superman poster, a character that represents the ultimate strength and integrity I aspire to.
Life is about balance. This reel shows me enjoying moments outside the gym, but always ready to get back to the grind and hit a heavy lift.
About Personal Life & Beliefs
You won't find generic motivational fluff here. In my gym, which I call my karmabhoomi, training is the intersection of spiritual grounding and raw physical effort. When I coach you, I am not just looking at your squat form; I am testing your commitment. Whether it is a 6 AM session at my Sector 99 facility or a remote check-in, I teach you that pain is temporary, but the character you build under the bar lasts a lifetime.
My approach to fitness is simple: there are no shortcuts. After 17 years under the bar and competing as a national-level weightlifter, I realized that true strength is not just physical—it is mental and spiritual.
The Three Pillars: Fitness, Faith, and Family
Everything I do comes back to these. Whether I am offering prayers at the Salasar Balaji temple or pushing a client through a brutal Hyrox session, the intensity is the same.
- Discipline as Self-Love: I don't believe in easy. I believe in showing up. If you are training with me, we will work on your compound lifts, refine your mobility, and fix your technique. We do this to build a body that serves you for life, not just for the 'gram.
- Real Work, Real Results: My karmabhoomi in Sector 99 is built for serious training. We use Bullrock competition equipment because I know that quality gear matters when you are going for a heavy PR (Personal Record).
- Coaching Beyond the Gym: Whether you are looking for Olympic weightlifting coaching or specialized Hyrox training, the goal remains to turn your struggles into strengths. I provide the same level of detailed form analysis to my online clients as I do to those standing right in front of me.
If you are ready to stop making excuses and start building your kingdom, I am ready to coach you. Let’s get to work.
