This is not a commercial gym with rows of useless machines and mirrors. My Sector 99 facility is designed for work, using Bullrock competition-grade gear, power racks, and dedicated lifting platforms. You will not find flashy amenities here because I prioritize space and equipment that actually builds power, whether we are training heavy compound lifts or high-intensity Hyrox conditioning.
My Coaching Philosophy
I do not believe in magic pills or quick fixes. I believe in the big three: Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. My training methodology is rooted in seventeen years of experience, including my time as a national-level weightlifter. When you train with me, you learn the mechanics of every movement. We focus on technique first, safety second, and intensity always. Whether you are prepping for a Hyrox race or looking to lose body fat, your plan is built to fit your body type and goals.

I keep the environment raw and focused. You get access to professional-grade equipment, which is what the pros use. There is no waiting for machines or guessing what to do next. I am there, hands-on, correcting your form in real-time or via video if we are working online.
