Train for life, not just for the mirror. At my karmabhoomi in Sector 99, we combine raw intensity with movement precision to build your strength from the inside out.

No excuses. This is a high-intensity conditioning circuit featuring jump rope for cardio and a heavy sled push for building raw power and mental toughness.

To be a complete athlete, you need to be well-rounded. My functional training includes outdoor running for endurance, weightlifting for strength, and explosive movements like ball slams for power.

Pull-ups are a fundamental bodyweight exercise for building upper body strength. Here, I'm demonstrating the proper form and control needed to master this movement.

This workout combines rowing for cardiovascular endurance and back strength with hanging leg raises for building a strong, functional core.

This session includes explosive box jumps to develop power and agility, followed by a posing session to track progress. It's about performance and aesthetics.

Shoulder day is about building strength and stability. This routine includes the barbell overhead press for power and dumbbell lateral raises for sculpting bigger, stronger delts.

Motivation comes from within. An outdoor run is a great way to build cardiovascular fitness and mental discipline, essential components of my training philosophy.

I don’t believe in machines that just sit there. When you train with me, you’re using battle ropes, prowler sleds, and high-intensity circuits that force your body to work as a single unit. It’s not about how much weight you can stack on a bar, but how well you can move under pressure. If you are ready to stop guessing and start training with intent, this is where you need to be.

Functional fitness isn't just a trend; it is the absolute foundation of what I teach. Whether you are prepping for a Hyrox race, training for a sport, or just want to carry your groceries without getting winded, the principles remain the same. My programming focuses on compound movements—squats, deadlifts, and overhead presses—mixed with intense metabolic conditioning.

I do not just stand by and watch you count reps. I correct your mechanics in real-time, because bad form is just an injury waiting to happen. We use Bullrock competition gear here because you cannot get strong using flimsy equipment. My job is to get you 'gym-fit' so you are actually capable in the real world. We aren't here to look good for a photo; we are here to build bone density, joint health, and the kind of stamina that lasts.

We train in a raw environment—fans, natural air, and hard work. It gets loud, it gets messy, and you will sweat. But if you show up, I promise you will leave better than you walked in.
