For this engagement, the brief was modern elegance. I designed this clean, three-tiered white cake, creating structure and texture with fondant drapes and bows, and finished it with delicate, handmade sugar flowers and a touch of fresh baby's breath.

I use Swiss Meringue Buttercream or rich chocolate ganache to provide the structural stability needed for stacking, ensuring the cake holds its shape while tasting soft and delicious.

I work out of my studio in Noida, but I frequently deliver to venues across Delhi NCR and have successfully transported cakes to Jaipur and Guwahati. For these longer distances, I use specialized sturdy boxes and assembly techniques that prioritize structural integrity.
