Since I do not use premixes, I carefully balance the sponge density with my scratch-baked recipes, so you get both a grand centerpiece and a delicious, moist cake that tastes fresh.
When you are planning a grand celebration, a cake that looks good is just the start. You need one that tastes like it came straight from an oven, not a freezer. Whether it is a 3kg wedding cake or a specific milestone birthday, I approach every tiered project as a piece of edible architecture.

I do not believe in mass-produced cakes. Every tier starts with organic flour, bura sugar, and couverture chocolate. Because these ingredients behave differently than industrial mixes, I have perfected a recipe that keeps your cake moist even in our Delhi NCR climate.
