Custom Sculpted and Hand-Painted Cakes

From 3D sculpted masterpieces to hand-painted impressionist cakes, this collection showcases my approach to turning sweet cravings into edible art. Each design here tells a unique story.

This is one of my proudest creations, a two-tiered cake inspired by Claude Monet's "Water Lilies." I hand-painted the fondant canvas in an impressionist style and topped it with a large, handcrafted wafer paper water lily. It was an honor to create this for a prominent art collector's birthday.

A client challenged me to turn a viral AI image of a giant coffee cup into a real cake, and I couldn't resist. This 10kg, fully 3D sculpted chocolate cake features a fondant glaze for a ceramic look and even has edible, hand-molded chocolate fondant coffee beans.

I brought the beloved "Tale of Peter Rabbit" to life with this three-tiered birthday cake. Every character, from Peter Rabbit to Jemima Puddle-Duck, was hand-molded from sugar paste, and the scene is complete with hand-painted details and an Oreo cookie crumb vegetable patch.

For this engagement, the brief was modern elegance. I designed this clean, three-tiered white cake, creating structure and texture with fondant drapes and bows, and finished it with delicate, handmade sugar flowers and a touch of fresh baby's breath.

This project began with a client's sketch, which I transformed into this multi-layered designer dream. The base is a chocolate cake sculpted into a Louis Vuitton trunk, topped with a jewelry box cake, a hand-molded sugar figurine, and all of the birthday girl's favorite luxury items.

This adorable 3D teddy bear was sculpted entirely from chocolate sponge cake for a baby shower. I carved the shape by hand and used a special piping technique with chocolate buttercream to create the realistic, furry texture, finishing it with a brownie-filled chocolate heart.

Number cakes are a spectacular way to celebrate a milestone, like this one for a 75th birthday. I layered moist vanilla sponge with fresh cream and chopped fruit, then topped it with baby pink buttercream, fresh strawberries, macarons, and a touch of gold.

About this collection

Before I bake a single layer, we start with a conversation about your theme. Whether it is a specific memory, a colour palette, or a sketch, I create a concept drawing so we are aligned on the visual details before the fondant even touches the cake. It is the part of the process I enjoy most, turning your inspiration into a concrete plan.

My journey began in fashion school in New York, where I spent my time studying art history, never expecting it to influence my kitchen work as much as it has. Today, I use the cake as my canvas. You will see this in the impressionist, hand-painted designs that mimic the brushwork of Monet, and in the precision of my 3D sculpted cakes that take the shape of everything from coffee cups to designer trunks.

The Artistic Process

Every creation starts with your vision. I am not a fan of generic catalog designs. If you send me an inspiration photo or a mood board, I treat it as a challenge. I handle the sculpting, the piping, and the painting myself. For fondant cakes, I focus on achieving razor-sharp edges and a smooth finish, while my buttercream cakes often feature intricate vintage piping or fresh fruit finishes.

Quality Matters

It is not just about how it looks, but how it tastes. I work with premium ingredients like Callebaut chocolate, house-made fruit compotes, and Swiss Meringue buttercream, which I find offers a silky, less sugary profile than American versions.

Delivery

I operate out of my studio in Noida. While I regularly deliver custom cakes across the Delhi NCR region, I have developed specialized heavy-duty packaging to ensure my multi-tiered creations reach clients safely in cities like Jaipur and Guwahati.
