About this collection
For multi-tiered cakes, I coordinate directly with you on weight, structural stability, and flavor pairings to ensure the final result is as sturdy as it is beautiful. Because these designs are labor-intensive, please share your event details at least 48 hours in advance so we can manage the internal doweling and transport requirements safely.
Building Your Showstopper
When you order a multi-tiered cake for a wedding, anniversary, or large engagement, stability is just as important as taste. I use a system of internal dowels and separator boards for every project with two or more tiers. This ensures your cake stays perfectly aligned from the moment it leaves my kitchen in Janakpuri until it reaches your venue in Delhi or Gurgaon.
Flavor and Ingredients
Grand occasions demand high-quality ingredients. I strictly use Callebaut Belgian couverture for my ganache and mousse layers, ensuring a rich, melt-in-the-mouth texture. For fresh fruit options, I use only hand-cut seasonal produce, like Alphonso mangoes or fresh strawberries, rather than tinned alternatives. Whether you prefer a classic Decadent Chocolate or a fusion Rasmalai flavor, I ensure the taste is consistent across every tier.

Your cake should tell your story. I work with:
- Modern Aesthetics: Palette knife painting, edible wafer paper sails, and abstract buttercream textures.
- Classic Elegance: Vintage Lambeth-style piping, ruffles, and satin ribbons.
