I had to create this cake of the viral "Labubu" toy. This is just the head of the character, but it's all cake inside. I carved a vanilla custard cream cake and used careful piping work to create the furry texture of the stuffed toy.
A client challenged me to turn a viral AI image of a giant coffee cup into a real cake, and I couldn't resist. This 10kg, fully 3D sculpted chocolate cake features a fondant glaze for a ceramic look and even has edible, hand-molded chocolate fondant coffee beans.
This project began with a client's sketch, which I transformed into this multi-layered designer dream. The base is a chocolate cake sculpted into a Louis Vuitton trunk, topped with a jewelry box cake, a hand-molded sugar figurine, and all of the birthday girl's favorite luxury items.
This adorable 3D teddy bear was sculpted entirely from chocolate sponge cake for a baby shower. I carved the shape by hand and used a special piping technique with chocolate buttercream to create the realistic, furry texture, finishing it with a brownie-filled chocolate heart.
A cake for a true wine lover. This entire Sassicaia wine bottle and the wooden crate it rests on are carved from chocolate cake. I used grated white chocolate for the wood shavings and an edible sugar label to make the bottle look realistic.
A spooky and fun Halloween dessert table. The centerpiece is a witch's cauldron cake, sculpted from cake and bubbling with green potion, with a witch's legs sticking out. The table also features witch hat cupcakes and pumpkin cakepops.

A magical woodland log cake for Rakhi. The log is a vanilla Swiss roll filled with custard, and the "bark" is textured chocolate icing. The scene is completed with a hand-molded sugar deer, hedgehog, and mushrooms.
An ode to a grandmother on her 90th birthday. This two-tiered cake is decorated with all her favorite things, including a teacup, pearls, and a miniature, hand-sculpted Chanel bag cakesicle.
A birthday cake for a Dior lover. The cake is designed to look like a Dior shopping bag, complete with the iconic print, and is surrounded by edible miniatures of a designer bag and perfume bottle. The client's happy feedback says it all.
About 3D Sculpted & Novelty Cakes
When you order a 3D sculpted cake, it is not just about the look. I spend a significant amount of time engineering the internal support structure using food-grade dowels and boards so your giant coffee cup or designer handbag stays upright and sturdy during the drive. It is a more complex process than a standard cake, but it ensures your centerpiece arrives at your event looking exactly as it did in my studio.
How I Build Your 3D Cake
Creating these cakes is as much about engineering as it is about baking. Because I am carving shapes like giant cups, handbags, or animals, the cake needs to be dense enough to hold the form. I typically use mud cakes or dense sponge structures as the base, paired with rich Belgian chocolate ganache for stability.
Every project starts with a sketch. Once we agree on the concept, I plan the internal armature—using dowels, PVC, or acrylic supports—to keep the structure safe during transport. For lighter elements or highly intricate details, I often incorporate Rice Krispie treats, which are lightweight and much easier to carve into specific shapes.
Quality You Can Taste
I believe the cake inside should be just as good as the art on the outside. I use premium ingredients like Callebaut chocolate and house-made fruit compotes. You can choose from flavors like Belgian chocolate with hazelnut praline or classic vanilla with fresh strawberries. With multi-tiered designs, we can even mix flavors for each level.
Delivery and Logistics
These cakes are fragile, but they are built to travel. Whether you are in Noida, Delhi, Jaipur, or beyond, I pack them in extra-tall, sturdy custom boxes to keep them secure. For extremely fragile or massive installations, I often assemble the final details on-site at your venue.
