Handcrafted Sugar Floral Cakes for Every Occasion
Delicate, hand-molded blooms that turn your celebration cake into edible art, sculpted right in my Noida studio.
Sometimes, the simplest brief is the most inspiring. The client wanted a cake to match the birthday girl's salmon pink dress, so I created this elegant two-tiered buttercream cake with matching sugar roses, tinted rice paper sails, and delicate gold accents.
A very popular color palette, this cake features a dark chocolate champagne bottle with an edible sugar label, nestled in a bed of stunning sugar blossoms in shades of pale pink, rose pink, and deep red.
A modern, white-on-white fondant ruffle cake. The clean lines of the ruffles are contrasted with a dramatic spray of white sugar blossoms and dark, edible branches for an artistic and contemporary feel.
A beautiful anniversary cake featuring a vanilla sponge with fresh mango and custard filling. The cake is covered in a thin layer of fondant and decorated with delicate, white appliqué sugar blossoms with pearl centers.
A dreamy, watercolor-effect buttercream cake in shades of ombre pink. The design features a carved geode filled with ruby-red sugar crystals and is adorned with hand-painted wafer paper roses and foliage.
A delicate and timeless floral anniversary cake. This gluten-free chocolate cake is covered in white fondant and decorated with a wreath of tiny, hand-dusted sugar blossoms and finely piped royal icing vines.
A pretty-in-pink birthday cake. This buttercream cake is brushed with gold and topped with a bouquet of handmade sugar peonies and smaller blossoms, accented with gold leaves for a touch of glamour.
About this collection
These are not store-bought toppers. Every rose, peony, and fantasy bloom you see is hand-sculpted in my studio using sugar paste. Because this process is time-intensive and requires days for the sugar structure to set properly, I do need a bit more lead time for floral-heavy designs than I do for standard buttercream cakes.
From Sculpting to Serving
I treat every cake like a canvas. My background in fashion school taught me to appreciate structure and form, and I bring that same eye for detail to sculpting sugar flowers. Unlike mass-produced cake toppers, my blossoms are botanically inspired. I spend hours dusting, wiring, and shading each petal—whether it is a lush English rose, a delicate peony, or a fantasy flower designed to match your specific party theme.
Why Choose Sugar Blossoms
- Artistic Integrity: I use edible sugar paste, meaning every element on your cake is fully consumable and safe. I often combine these with hand-painted details or gold leaf to add that touch of luxury.
- Durability: While these flowers are delicate, they are engineered to last. I have successfully shipped these designs to Jaipur, Guwahati, and beyond. My packaging includes reinforced boards to ensure your cake arrives in perfect shape, no matter the distance.
- Customization: If you have a specific color palette in mind—perhaps to match a saree or a bridal lehenga—I can color-match the sugar paste exactly. I also work with fondant and buttercream to ensure the floral arrangements sit perfectly.
How We Plan Your Design
When we discuss your order, tell me about the vibe you want. Is it a whimsical garden party with soft pastels, or an elegant anniversary celebration featuring deep jewel tones? I sketch concepts before we start baking. Whether you need a simple accent or a full cascading floral display, we will figure out the balance so the cake tastes as impressive as it looks.
