Magazine and Editorial Fashion Styling
Creating visual stories that stop the scroll. From sharp corporate power dressing to high-fashion drama, I help shape the narrative behind every frame.

For the Elle Awards, I styled Ahsaas Channa in this gorgeous deep purple one shoulder gown. The draped fabric and asymmetrical design create a look that is both elegant and modern, perfect for a high fashion editorial feature.
This video shows the beautiful movement of the draped purple gown on Ahsaas Channa. Capturing the flow and fit of an outfit is key for editorial shoots, making the clothing feel alive.

About Magazine & Editorial Features
Editorial work isn't just about picking a pretty dress. It’s about the chaos behind the scenes—the frantic search for the right vintage prop, the last-minute steaming of a gown, and coordinating with the entire team to ensure the lighting hits the fabric just right. Whether we’re building a clean, corporate story for a business magazine or high-fashion drama for an awards spread, the goal is to make a visual statement that sticks.
Beyond the Surface
I view every editorial feature as a visual kahaani (story). It is not enough for an outfit to look good on a hanger; it has to translate on camera and fit the specific mood of the magazine or brand. When we collaborate, we do not just pull clothes from a rack. We start with a concept, develop a mood board, and manage the nitty-gritty details that make a photograph feel alive.
How We Collaborate
- Concept Development: We identify the narrative. Are we going for regal opulence, sharp corporate minimalism, or edgy, youthful street style? We define this before we source a single piece.
- Sourcing & Logistics: For premium shoots, I manage a team to source from top-tier designers like Anita Dongre or Rimzim Dadu. I handle the logistics—courier, packing, and returns—so the creative focus stays on the shoot.
- On-Set Execution: My role on set is to ensure the outfit movement, draping, and jewelry layers look perfect through the lens. This often involves working closely with the photographer and hair and makeup artists to align on the final vibe.
Common Editorial Projects
- Magazine Covers & Features: Styling for publications like Fortune India and Elle, focusing on high-impact, clean silhouettes.
- Celebrity Editorial: Crafting a unique character for stars, ensuring the look is fresh and distinct from their daily red carpet appearances.
- Brand Campaigns: Creative direction for fashion labels, mixing textiles and textures to tell a story that resonates with your audience.
Whether you are an artist needing a portfolio refresh, or a magazine editor looking for a sharp, detail-oriented stylist, let’s make something memorable.
