We design hospitality spaces that function as narratives, connecting guests directly to their environment through performance-driven design and culturally resonant forms.

This diagram explains the inspiration for the Hilton Kathmandu's facade. We translated the ethereal quality of Nepalese prayer flags into vertical fins of laminated dichroic glass that change color with the light.

The infinity pool at Amar Villa seamlessly blends with the horizon, offering guests an immersive experience of the stunning Udaipur landscape.

About Hospitality: Immersive Guest Experiences

When we design hospitality projects like the Hilton Kathmandu or Amar Villa, we begin with computational environmental analysis. We simulate wind patterns and solar incidence early to shape the building form, ensuring that natural light and panoramic views are maximized without compromising guest privacy or energy efficiency.

Our approach to hospitality architecture rejects standard hotel typologies. Instead, we view a hotel or resort as an extension of its specific location. At the Hilton Kathmandu, we analyzed the local tradition of prayer flags, translating their ethereal nature into vertical dichroic glass fins. These elements perform a functional role by managing solar gain while creating a shifting color identity throughout the day.

For projects like the Amar Villa in Udaipur, our process is dictated by site topography and existing rock formations. We utilize algorithmic form-finding to ensure the building cascades down the slope rather than sitting atop it. This maintains the natural landscape and creates distinct, unobstructed views from every room.

We manage the entire lifecycle through Building Information Modeling (BIM) at an LOD 350 level. This allows us to resolve structural challenges, such as large cantilevers and non-standard facades, long before construction begins. Whether it is integrating a net-zero solar farm into a resort masterplan or optimizing core-to-shell efficiency for a high-traffic urban hotel, our focus remains on creating spaces where guests feel the architecture is a participant in their journey.
