We create hospitality spaces that bridge the gap between comfort and authentic character. Whether it is a serene forest resort or an iconic city restaurant, our focus is on building destinations that feel like a natural extension of their surroundings.

About this collection

When we design for hospitality, we are not just looking at the layout, we are obsessing over the flow of light and the tactile feel of materials. For projects like the Gorukana Resort, this meant aligning every cottage window with the forest canopy to blur the boundary between indoors and the wild. It is a process of listening to the landscape before a single brick is laid, ensuring your guests feel an immediate, intuitive sense of belonging.

Our approach to hospitality and leisure architecture is rooted in the philosophy of the Panchamahabhuta, or the five elements. We believe that a successful resort or restaurant must do more than look good, it must function as a living, breathing entity.

Whether we are working on the heritage-focused interiors of the Bangalore Club or the eco-sensitive cottages at Gorukana, our core principle remains the same: context is everything. We start with a deep climate and topography analysis. We study sun paths, wind directions, and existing vegetation to ensure our designs require less energy to heat or cool, while naturally bringing the outdoors inside.

At Koteshwaram in Devanahalli, we demonstrated how modern industrial elements like exposed roof structures can coexist with traditional Mangalore-style gabled roofs. This creates a space that feels familiar yet fresh, resonating with diners seeking a distinct atmosphere.

We handle the entire journey, from landscape master planning that preserves existing flora to the fine details of interior finishes. We coordinate with engineers to ensure structural integrity and MEP efficiency, so you get a space that operates smoothly behind the scenes. If you are looking to create a space that connects deeply with your guests, let us look at your site and start the conversation.
