Workspaces are environments that shape how a team thinks and functions. We move away from generic layouts to build offices that mirror your brand culture and support distinct work modes.

The upper level of the Kadence Office, showing the open-plan workspace and lounge area. The design preserves the building's original industrial trusses while introducing a mezzanine and our custom "soundwave" wall, creating a layered and dynamic environment.

A key feature of the Kadence Office is the immersive corridor, where coded striations in shades of blue and green wrap from the walls to the ceiling. This element, inspired by soundwaves, also functions as an acoustic barrier and incorporates ambient lighting.

The 'red' stairwell in the Kadence Office is a bold, hollowed-out element that connects the two floors. It acts as a vibrant focal point, a streak of color that cuts through the space and guides movement.

The colorful, banded walls in the Kadence Office create a strong visual identity and guide circulation through the space. This motion-blurred shot captures the energy and flow of the dynamic work environment we designed.

A detail of the custom lighting integrated into the wood-slatted ceiling and walls at the Kadence Office. This feature not only illuminates the workspace but also accentuates the rhythmic, linear pattern that defines the entire design concept.

This view shows how the slatted wood structure carves out a semi-private workspace within the larger open floor plan of the Kadence Office. The design provides a sense of enclosure without creating rigid separation.

The vibrant red staircase of the Kadence Office provides a stark, colorful contrast to the surrounding wood-slatted walls. This architectural intervention serves as a central, energetic link between the office's two levels.

In our own studio, 'Project 113', we used pivoted louvers made of perforated steel and birch ply to create a flexible partition. This detail, captured here with sunlight creating sharp shadows, is an example of how we experiment with materials and light.

A duplicate of the previous image, this detail shot of the pivoted louvers in our studio highlights the texture and precision of the custom-fabricated elements that define our workspace.

The balcony of our studio offers a connection to the outdoors and a space for our team to take a break. The design uses simple, durable materials like concrete and steel mesh to create a functional and minimalist outdoor area.

About Dynamic Workspaces

In our office projects, we often use perforated steel partitions or acoustic wall treatments to balance the need for open collaboration with the necessity of quiet focus. These are not just aesthetic choices, they function as tools to manage sound and define circulation paths without shutting out natural light.
