It was an honor to host a private workshop for the LSE Alumni Association. These exclusive sessions are a great way for groups to connect and share a mindful, creative experience in the studio.

Wedging is where we prepare the clay, removing air bubbles and creating a uniform consistency. It's a physical, rhythmic process that is fundamental to good pottery, and it's one of the first things you'll learn at the studio.

About Get Your Hands Dirty: One-Day Workshops

Expect a mix of focused instruction and a bit of messy, fun chaos. In these three hours, we do not just focus on the outcome. We focus on the sensation of the clay, the rhythm of wedging, and the grounding feeling of having your hands covered in earth. You will leave with your own creations and, usually, a smile that lasts a lot longer than the clay under your nails.
