We design buildings that act as connective tissue for communities, moving beyond simple shelter to foster shared experiences, whether in modern co-living campuses or revitalized craft ecosystems.

Co-living is an exciting solution for young professionals in India. This video shows our design for a co-living building that provides clean, functional rooms and extraordinary shared amenities, all within a structure that features a vibrant, porous ground plane to engage with the city.

To support the traditional goldsmiths of Narayanpet, Telangana, we designed a 6-acre live-work campus. This "Goldsmith's Souk" provides shops and workshops lining streets on a scenic hilltop, with houses directly above, elevating their craft to the status of art.

Our co-living project in Whitefield, Bengaluru, features a transparent mesh facade with bold graphics. This screen provides privacy for residents while creating a strong visual identity for the building, which is designed to be a vibrant urban space.

The ground plane of our co-living project is designed to be porous and active. A low fence maintains a subtle boundary with the street, but the open design encourages engagement and creates a buzzing, active community hub.

The shared amenity spaces in our co-living project are designed to be open and connected to nature. This view shows a lounge area under a perforated canopy, with a grand staircase leading to other levels, promoting interaction and a sense of community.

This Weaver's Training Facility in Narayanpet, Telangana, is more than just a building; it's an ecosystem. The design provides a platform for artisans to preserve their ancient art, with open streets and colorful workshops that inspire creativity, conversation, and community.

This is our design for a mixed-use project combining co-working, co-living, and retail for a tech campus in Bangalore. The modular design features green terraces and sky gardens, creating a complete neighborhood where young employees can live, work, and socialize.

These diagrams illustrate the functional breakdown of our Bagmane co-living project. They show how we organized access points, retail, co-living units, and green spaces into a cohesive and highly functional mixed-use building.

About Building Spaces for Community

Our community-focused projects rely on the concept of the 'porous ground plane.' We actively design street-level interactions—like our co-living designs in Whitefield or artisan souks in Narayanpet—to bleed into the public realm rather than hiding behind high perimeter walls, turning communal zones into vibrant, active hubs that actually invite people in.
