We design private homes that breathe. Our approach focuses on clean lines, honest materials, and layouts that dissolve the boundary between your living room and the landscape outside.

At Aranya Villas, the streets are designed for people, not just cars. This view shows a family enjoying the pedestrian-friendly environment, where lush greenery, wide pathways, and minimal architecture create a safe and serene residential community.

For this ultra-luxury residential project in Chennai, we wrapped a minimal, clean volume in a delicate layer of bronze anodized aluminum tubes. This facade treatment adds a layer of sophistication and texture without excess ornamentation, defining a sense of quiet luxury.

The architecture of this weekend retreat is designed to be a quiet backdrop to the landscape. The solid, textured walls of the building contrast with the soft, dense foliage, creating a private sanctuary where the focus is on the beauty of the natural surroundings.

The approach to this weekend retreat is through a driveway lined with mature trees and flowering bushes. The minimalist, glass-walled pavilion appears at the end of the path, creating a sense of arrival at a private and secluded natural oasis.

This view shows the seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces of the weekend retreat. The floor-to-ceiling glass walls of the minimalist structure can be opened completely, turning the living area into a covered veranda that merges with the lawn and garden.

We used natural stone retaining walls to create subtle level changes in the landscape of this weekend retreat. This technique helps to define different outdoor zones, like the lawn and seating area, while maintaining a cohesive and natural feel.

This clubhouse for an ultra-luxury villa project is conceived as a minimalist cube wrapped in a bronze metal mesh. The semi-transparent facade blurs the line between inside and out, and the building acts as a sophisticated gateway to the villa community.

This clubhouse in Hyderabad is designed as a light, open-air oasis. The structure is lifted off the ground, allowing the landscape and a shallow water body to flow underneath, creating flexible, shaded spaces for social interaction and recreation.

A detail of the clubhouse, showing the interplay of materials like wood decking, a shallow water channel, and a sculptural steel staircase. The design creates a series of interconnected indoor and outdoor spaces that encourage residents to come together.

The clubhouse is conceived as a series of floating planes and volumes nestled in a lush landscape. Large boulders and dense bamboo planting create a natural setting for the light, modern steel structure.

About Residential Sanctuaries

When we approach a residential project, we prioritize the site's natural topography and micro-climate over arbitrary aesthetic choices. We orient our minimalist structures to maximize passive cooling and frame specific landscape views, which allows us to reduce reliance on artificial lighting and climate control systems. This isn't about luxury for the sake of decoration, but about building a home that works with the environment, not against it.
