Commercial architecture should do more than just exist. We design office lobbies, experience centers, and mixed-use towers that bring order to urban chaos through clean, transparent, and purposeful design.

A close-up of the entrance to our mixed-use building in Hyderabad. The facade features a delicate screen of vertical bronze elements, creating a sense of transparency and elegance while defining the transition from the public street to the private interior.

This is our design for a mixed-use entertainment center in Kathmandu, Nepal. The project, named Everest Royale, combines gaming, hospitality, and retail, and is designed to become a vibrant hub for leisure and commerce that boosts the local economy.

We designed this experience center in Bangalore to be transparent and approachable. The full-height glass facade puts the entire space on display, inviting people to walk in impulsively from the busy street.

This sales center on a main road in Bangalore stands out because of its fundamental simplicity. The clean, cuboid form and transparent facade create a welcoming and recognizable building that speaks of quality and honesty in a complex urban fabric.

This was our competition entry for the SLN Tower, a mixed-use project in Hyderabad. The design integrates a hotel, retail, offices, and a rooftop pub, using a blend of reflective and transparent facades to create a bold and inviting urban hub.

The VPG Office & Experience Centre in Bangalore is a 1500 sqft minimalist space designed with a simple steel structure. Its expansive glass facades and surrounding bamboo planting create a calm, nature-connected identity on an otherwise chaotic street.

The lobby of the One Golden Mile office building is conceived as a calming transition space. We used a palette of natural stone and displayed large-scale contemporary art to create an atmosphere that puts people at ease, offering a contrast to the chaos of the city.

About this collection

Our approach to commercial design is rooted in the idea of transparency as a tool for engagement. Take our sales center project on Whitefield Main Road in Bengaluru. We chose a simple, cuboid form with an expansive glass facade, not to be flashy, but to turn the architecture itself into a welcoming signpost that invites people to step inside from the city’s busy environment.

Commercial architecture, at its best, bridges the gap between a private business and the public urban realm. We avoid the urge to create buildings that shout for attention. Instead, we look for ways to bring order to the streetscape.

In our experience centers, such as the one we designed in Brookefield, we prioritize clean steel structures and natural light. These buildings are meant to act as a calm transition space. When you walk from a congested road into a lobby or an office, the space should immediately change your state of mind. We achieve this by using material palettes that feel natural, keeping the layout simple, and ensuring the connection to the outdoors is seamless.

For larger mixed-use developments, such as our work in Hyderabad, we balance different programmatic needs—retail, hospitality, and office—within a single, cohesive volume. We focus on how the facade performs, using vertical elements or reflective surfaces to manage heat and privacy while maintaining visual interest. Our commercial projects are designed to function as democratic, approachable hubs that serve the community while standing as robust, timeless landmarks.
