Modern Commercial and Office Architecture

I design commercial buildings that prioritize natural light and practical layouts. My process spans from initial 3D renders to on-site construction, ensuring the final structure matches the original vision.

A dramatic evening render of a proposed commercial building. The design features a prominent illuminated facade, extensive use of glass, and a bold, contemporary form to create a landmark structure.

A daytime render of another out-station commercial project. This view highlights the building's open, accessible design with cascading terraces, modern wooden louvers, and a welcoming grand entrance staircase.

An identical render to the previous one, included for gallery completeness. This design emphasizes transparency and human scale in a commercial setting.

A different angle of the Hosa Road project under construction. Here you can see the multi-level concrete structure and the intricate formwork taking shape, demonstrating the complexity of a multi-story build.

An on-site photograph of the out-station commercial project during construction. This shows the raw concrete skeleton, a testament to the hands-on process of turning architectural plans into a physical reality.

Another view of the out-station site, capturing the scale of the construction. Seeing the building emerge from the ground up is the most thrilling part of the design and build journey.

About this collection

Many commercial projects suffer because the architect and the builder are not the same person. I manage the construction personally, which means the raw concrete frame you see in my Hosa Road project is built exactly to the structural and aesthetic specifications we planned from day one.

When designing for commercial use, the goal is to balance aesthetic impact with the reality of daily operations. I look at commercial architecture as a technical challenge that requires a hands-on approach to survive the transition from a drawing to a physical building.

My process integrates the MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) requirements directly into the architectural phase. This prevents the common issue of cluttered utility lines or poorly placed electrical points that disrupt the clean, modern look of an office lobby or a commercial facade.

I prefer using raw materials like exposed concrete and wire-cut bricks in my commercial designs. These materials require less maintenance over time and provide a distinct, honest character that stands out in a city full of glass-and-composite structures. Whether I am working on a multi-level office block or a retail space, the priority is creating a layout that promotes airflow and natural light, which reduces long-term operational costs.

From the structural jacketing required for strengthening to the final interior finishes, I supervise the site to ensure that the quality of execution matches the 3D renders. This is how I ensure that a commercial space is not just visually appealing when it opens, but also functionally resilient for years to come.
