We move beyond the basics to focus on hypertrophy, muscle definition, and building a balanced physique. Every rep serves a purpose here.

Here I am coaching a client through a back workout. We are focusing on Romanian deadlifts for the hamstrings and lower back, followed by dumbbell rows to build thickness in the lats. Proper form is everything.

This is a glimpse of a 'Back Attack' day. The workout includes dumbbell pullovers for lat activation, machine lat pulldowns for width, and bent over rows for thickness. We finish with deadlifts to build overall density.

You have to chase your dreams. This back and arms session shows the intensity needed, from heavy rows to focused bicep curls. Every day is a battle, you versus you.

I challenged myself to a 25 rep set with 45kg dumbbells in the middle of a chest workout. This is how you push past plateaus and shock the muscles into new growth. This is an advanced hypertrophy technique for building endurance and size.

An arm day focused on building size and peak. The session includes preacher curls to isolate the biceps and overhead dumbbell extensions to target the long head of the triceps.

If you truly hunger for it, you will do the work. This shoulder workout includes heavy seated dumbbell presses for overall mass and standing dumbbell work to build definition and shape.

It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. This workout shows a variety of exercises for a complete upper body session, including dumbbell work, cable tricep pushdowns, and shoulder presses.

Finding your inner strength means pushing your limits. This clip shows weighted push ups to add resistance to a basic movement, followed by cable crossovers to isolate and define the chest muscles.

Less excuses, more work. This video shows a combination of heavy rows to build a thick back and preacher curls for bicep isolation. This is the kind of focused work that builds a bodybuilding physique.

You owe it to yourself to be the strongest you can be. This session combines barbell lunges for leg strength and single leg stability with heavy rows to build a powerful back.
