Build Real Strength: Powerlifting Training
Strength isn't given, it's earned. Whether you are aiming for a new personal record on the bench press or mastering the deadlift, I’m here to make sure your form is solid and your power is real. Let's lift heavy.
Proof of progress. This client, weighing 66 kg, is pushing a 120 kg bench press. My powerlifting coaching is all about breaking personal records safely.
The deadlift is a king of exercises for overall strength. I teach the proper form to engage your entire posterior chain, from setup to lockout, ensuring you build power without risking injury.
Heartbreak is temporary, but gains are forever. This video shows the kind of dedication we put into major lifts like the deadlift and bench press. Don't let your dreams break.
A side-by-side look at bench press form. Technique is everything, and I am there to correct and push you through every single rep to ensure you get the most out of your chest workout.

About Build Real Strength: Powerlifting
Form is everything, especially when you are going for a 1-Rep Max. Before you even touch a heavy plate, we will spend time fixing your setup—feet placement, bar path, and bracing. If your technique is shaky, we reset. It might be annoying, but it is the only way to build raw, injury-free strength.
Powerlifting isn't just about how much weight you can move—it's about how well you can control it. At Loordz Gym, we don't do flashy workouts that look good on camera but build no real substance. We focus on the big three: deadlifts, squats, and the bench press.
Why focus on these lifts? Because they recruit the most muscle groups and build foundational power. Whether you are a beginner looking to understand the mechanics of a squat or an experienced lifter trying to push past a plateau on your deadlift, my coaching style is hands-on.
I will be there for every rep, counting, watching your bar path, and making sure your lockout is clean. No guessing games. We track your progress, analyze your weak points, and adjust your programming. If you are struggling with your bench press, we look at your shoulder stability and leg drive. It is all about the details.
