Namaskaram. My name is Ishan. My own journey with yoga began with a desire for physical fitness but soon unfolded into a profound inner experience. This led me to the Isha Yoga Center for the intensive 1750-hour Hatha Yoga teacher training. It is now my privilege to be empowered by Sadhguru to offer these powerful, classical yogic tools to you.
A common feeling on this path is of being lost. But as one participant shared, when you have the grace of a Guru, you can afford to be lost and remain joyful. This support program is a space to help you hold steady through those moments, knowing you are not alone in your journey.
A simple but crucial part of sadhana is to remain completely involved in the asana. In our sessions, we address common habits like adjusting clothes or hair, which can break your inner focus. I offer small, practical reminders like this to help you deepen your practice and keep your attention inward.
For those of us initiated into Inner Engineering, we know it is a complete path by itself. This 21-day support is designed to help you fully implement every aspect of the practice in your life, ensuring the tools of transformation that Sadhguru offered you become a living reality.
Sadhguru says that once you create a space between you and your mind, and you and your body, it is the end of suffering. The practices we do together, as seen here in a workshop, are tools designed specifically to create that distance and bring you to a state of ease and awareness.

We meet live on Zoom from 06:00 to 06:40 AM every day to ensure your practice remains consistent. This is not a workshop to learn new techniques, but a space to deepen the ones you already know through real-time corrections and collective discipline. You will need to keep your video on so we can provide guidance, helping you move past the resistance that often makes home practice slip.
Why Your Practice Slips
Most of us start with excitement, but as the days go by, the routine feels heavy and we drift back into old patterns. This 21-day program is designed specifically to help you bridge that gap. We focus on the 'how' of your practice rather than learning 'what' to do. By showing up at 06:00 AM with a group, you create an external structure that eventually turns into internal stability.
The Format
- Live Guidance: 40 minutes of uninterrupted practice. No background music, no props, just the classical form as taught in the Isha tradition.
- Real-Time Corrections: When your video is on, we can see if your posture or alignment is off and offer immediate, specific adjustments.
- Accountability: You join a cohort of fellow practitioners, which helps when your own motivation is low. If you have been initiated into Inner Engineering or Hatha Yoga practices, this is the environment to solidify them.
What to Expect
This is not a feel-good session. Some days, you will feel resistance, and that is part of the process. We are here to help you move through that resistance, not bypass it. You will need a clean, quiet space and a standard yoga mat. By the end of these 21 days, the goal is not just to have finished a program, but to have made your sadhana a natural part of your morning, just like brushing your teeth.
