The 21-day reboot is not for someone looking for a new technique, but for those who are already initiated into Isha Hatha Yoga and find their daily discipline slipping. We gather live on Zoom at 06:00 AM because that time is the most conducive for Hatha Yoga, and the simple act of showing up with a group acts as an external anchor when your internal resolve feels weak.
Why Discipline Needs Support
Most people can sustain the excitement of a new workshop for a week. After that, the novelty fades, the mind starts creating excuses, and the practice is the first thing to be sacrificed to the demands of daily life. Our 21-day program is designed for this exact phase.

You are not coming here to learn new things. You are here to make what you already know, such as Surya Kriya or Angamardana, into a permanent part of your biological system. When you practice alone, it is easy to cut corners or shorten the duration. In our live sessions, the collective atmosphere creates a subtle pressure that helps you push past your resistance.

- Fixed Timing: We begin strictly at 06:00 AM IST. This is a non-negotiable part of the discipline.

Who This Is For
This support is strictly for those who have completed their initiation at the Isha Yoga Center. If you find yourself having 'on-again, off-again' periods with your sadhana, this group will provide the structure you need to make it effortless. We do not use music or props. We keep the practice as it was designed, focusing entirely on the inner experience.
