Struggling with the stress of trying to conceive? I teach simple, 10-minute daily yoga routines designed to help you balance hormones, reduce cortisol, and improve circulation—all from the comfort of home.

This is my gentle, holistic approach to fertility yoga, designed for both men and women. This short video demonstrates a simple 10-minute flow with poses like the seated twist and Malasana, which are chosen to help improve circulation, ease stress, and support your body's natural rhythms as you prepare for conception.

If you are planning for a baby, adding a few key yoga asanas to your daily routine can make a real difference. This sequence includes poses like Baddhakonasana (Butterfly Pose) and Pigeon Pose, which are excellent for enhancing flexibility and boosting blood flow to the reproductive organs.

Doing this journey together is best, and partner support can be incredibly powerful. Here is an example of a deep squat we can do together, a move that is great for opening the pelvis and relaxing the pelvic floor, making it a wonderful preparation exercise.

I want to share a bit about my own pregnancy journey because you are not alone in this. My first trimester was challenging, and I believe in being open about the realities of what to expect. This is why my programs come from real experience, not just textbook ideas.

Remember to be kind to yourself through this process. The path to conception can be filled with pressure and anxiety. My goal is to help you create a calm, relaxed space in your mind and body, and it starts with acknowledging that you are doing your best, and you are enough.

What started as a passion project to support women has grown into an amazing community. Being recognized by YouTube is an honor, and it fuels my commitment to providing you with credible, supportive, and effective guidance on your health journey.

Here is a gentle reminder of the small, daily practices that can support you on your path to becoming a mama. From simple nutrition tips to the importance of daily stretching and meditation, these are the foundational pillars for nurturing your body and mind.
