The Philosophy of Inner Stillness
Yoga is not about bending your body. It is a scientific method to create a distance between you and your mind, allowing you to touch the core of existence where stillness resides.
Sadhguru reminds us that everything that moves will eventually stop, but that which is still is eternal. The purpose of meditation and our yogic practices is to touch this dimension of stillness within ourselves, moving beyond the compulsions of the body and mind.
For those of us initiated into Inner Engineering, we know it is a complete path by itself. This 21-day support is designed to help you fully implement every aspect of the practice in your life, ensuring the tools of transformation that Sadhguru offered you become a living reality.
Sadhguru says that once you create a space between you and your mind, and you and your body, it is the end of suffering. The practices we do together, as seen here in a workshop, are tools designed specifically to create that distance and bring you to a state of ease and awareness.
About The Philosophy of Stillness
Most practitioners know the techniques but struggle with the daily routine. In our 21-day sadhana support sessions, we do not teach new moves. Instead, we provide a live, instructor-led space at 6:00 AM to help you move past the resistance of your own mind and keep your practice consistent. You need to have already completed your initiation, as this is purely about maintenance and depth, not learning.
The philosophy of stillness is not a concept to be understood, but an experience to be cultivated. When you first learn Isha Hatha Yoga or complete your Inner Engineering program, the motivation is high. Yet, as life gets busy, the 'Sadhana'—the disciplined practice—often becomes the first thing to slip.
This is why we started our 21-day support program. It is designed for those who know the 'what' but struggle with the 'how to show up.' Our sessions are strictly utilitarian. We do not use music, we do not use props, and we do not offer 'easy' versions of the practices. We provide a consecrated, live online space where you can join other meditators in Gurgaon and beyond to perform your practices together.
Why focus on 21 days?
Consistency is the key to transformation. When you commit to 21 consecutive days of live, 06:00 AM practice sessions, you are not just exercising. You are setting a pattern. During these 40-minute sessions, we offer real-time corrections to ensure your alignment is correct, and we share small, practical Ayurvedic tips that help you stay centered throughout the day.
Who this is for
This program is exclusively for those who have already been initiated into classical Isha Hatha Yoga practices. If you are looking for a place to learn yoga from scratch, this is not it. This is a support system for someone who already possesses the tools and wants to ensure they do not gather dust. Whether you are struggling to restart your Surya Kriya or just need the accountability of a group to ensure your mornings are dedicated to your inner wellbeing, we provide the structure you need.
