About Group Aerobics & Cardio

We don’t do repetitive treadmill sessions here. Our aerobics floor uses commercial-grade risers for rhythmic step-up movements, paired with heavy-duty battle ropes and slam balls for the HIIT portion. You will be switching between rhythmic cardio and functional strength drills, so expect your heart rate to stay up from the first beat to the last stretch.
