About Group Aerobics & Cardio
We don’t do repetitive treadmill sessions here. Our aerobics floor uses commercial-grade risers for rhythmic step-up movements, paired with heavy-duty battle ropes and slam balls for the HIIT portion. You will be switching between rhythmic cardio and functional strength drills, so expect your heart rate to stay up from the first beat to the last stretch.

What Happens in a Session

- High-Low Steppers: We use rhythmic steps to work your lower body and build cardiovascular stamina. It is fun, fast, and beats running in place.
- Functional HIIT: We pull out the battle ropes, agility ladders, and 5kg-15kg slam balls to turn up the intensity. This is where we build the muscle and stamina that translates to real-world strength.
- The Tempo: Everything is set to high-wattage music. When the track changes, the intensity changes. It keeps your mind off the fatigue and focused on the movement.

We keep our studio floor functional—wooden laminate for shock absorption and wall-to-wall mirrors so you can check your form. You don't need fancy gear, just a pair of trainers and the willpower to show up. We handle the assessment and diet templates, you just bring the sweat. Whether you are a morning bird or a late-evening warrior, we have a batch ready for you.
