Freshly Made Chutneys & Traditional Indian Sides
I believe no meal is complete without the right side. From my signature 'dardari' green chutney to tangy accompaniments, everything is made from scratch with fresh, seasonal herbs.
This is my special 'dardari' or coarse green chutney. I make it by blending fresh coriander, mint, green garlic, green onions, and tomatoes with a mix of spices for a zesty kick.

About this collection
My signature green chutney isn't a smooth paste. I prefer the 'dardari' texture, keeping it coarse so you taste every ingredient—fresh coriander, green garlic, and desi tomatoes. It adds that perfect crunch and zing to kebabs or pakoras that you just don't get from store-bought versions.
When you are hosting, the sides often make or break the appetizer spread. I prepare my chutneys and sides fresh for every order, focusing on the quality of raw ingredients like fresh mint and green chillies. You won't find any preservatives here, just the honest taste of home.
Why the texture matters
People often ask why my green chutney looks different. By grinding it just enough to retain that coarse, rustic texture, I ensure the flavors of the green garlic and pudina remain distinct rather than blending into a watery liquid. It stays perfectly on a spoon and pairs beautifully with my Yam Kebabs or fresh Pyaaz Pakoras.
Beyond the chutney
My sides are designed to complement my broader catering menu. Whether you need a tangy onion salad to cut through the richness of a Kadahi Paneer or a fresh Raita to go with a Biryani, I prepare these accompaniments to order. Because I cater out of my Noida kitchen, I can ensure everything is delivered fresh, chilled, and ready to serve at your event. If you have a specific spice preference or want to avoid certain ingredients, just let me know. I make everything to order.
