About Traditional Indian Sweets
Straight from My Kitchen in Noida
I make old-school Indian sweets the way my dadi (grandma) taught me - no shortcuts, no compromise on taste. Everything’s handmade using pure desi ghee, top-notch dry fruits, and those secret family tips that just make you go, "Mazza aa gaya!" (So good, can't explain).
What’s Hot at Spoonalicious
- My homemade besan barfi is famous for a reason - Rajdhani besan, Verka desi ghee, and loaded with dry fruits. People snatch it up for festivals and weddings. I once made 500 boxes in just one month!
- Traditional ladoos for weddings, new moms, and winter cravings. You’ll find panjiri ladoos (perfect for shagun), atta gond ladoos (energy bomb for chilly days), and custom postpartum pinni for new mothers, plus classic besan and dates versions.
- Moong dal halwa that’s ekdum danedar (grainy and perfect), roasted just right with khoya and kesar. Great for travel too - doesn’t get soggy or oily.
- Masala gud is my healthy twist - jaggery with nuts, melon seeds, and warming spices like ginger & kali mirch (black pepper). Underrated winter treat.
Sweets for Every Celebration
I put together custom wedding sweet boxes and festive hampers. You can mix and match everything - besan barfi, mathri, ladoos, and more. I’ll even add your wedding hashtag if you want. Big orders for Diwali, Rakhi, or office parties? Totally covered.
You get pure taste, real ingredients, and all the nostalgia - just the way it should be.

My Story
Hi, I’m Poonam. Spoonalicious is just me, my kitchen, and a whole lot of desi ghee! I started in Noida, cooking up Panjiri from my dadi’s recipe and packing mithai boxes for Diwali, always with family around. Milo, my beagle, keeps me company while I block print or dream up new sweets. Life’s busy, but every ladoo and achaar I make is a bit of my heart. Blessed and tired, but happy!
