Planning a get-together? I create custom, homely vegetarian spreads that bring people together, all cooked fresh in my own kitchen.

This was a lovely South Indian themed catering order for a special client. The menu included fresh idli, sambhar, crispy masala vada and medu vada, with a flavourful coconut chutney, alongside my popular veg biryani and raita.

Everything I cook is made fresh to order in my kitchen. For example, my Dal Makhni needs to simmer overnight to get that perfect, creamy texture, so it is not something I can rush. It is honest, slow-cooked food that needs a bit of planning, but I promise the swaad is worth it.
