Explore my curated collection of handcrafted sound healing instruments and discover the transformative power of Nada Yoga. Whether you are seeking tools for personal practice or looking to start your journey as a facilitator, these instruments are designed to guide you toward deeper inner stillness.
This is the heart of my practice: holding a sacred space for healing. Here you can see how I use the vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls in a personal therapy session to help release tension, calm the mind, and restore the body's natural harmony.
My shala is home to a wide array of sound healing instruments. This setup includes a collection of hand-hammered Tibetan bowls, colorful chakra-tuned crystal bowls, and a Yin-Yang gong, each with its own unique voice and healing properties.
I believe an instrument's energy begins with its creation. This is a glimpse into the sacred, ancestral process of hand-hammering Himalayan singing bowls, where fire, metal, and focused intention are forged into a vessel of pure sound.
It is a blessing to witness the journey of my students. Here, I am with a graduate of my Level 1 and 2 Teacher Training Course, surrounded by the very instruments she has mastered, now ready to share the art of sound healing with her own community.
The handpan is an instrument of pure creative flow and tranquility. Its intuitive, melodic tones are perfect for meditative practice, helping to soothe the soul and unlock emotional expression. Each handpan I offer is a gateway to your own inner rhythm.
Sound healing is both an art and a science. My 7-pipe swinging chimes are precisely tuned to the ancient Solfeggio frequencies, which correspond to the body's seven chakras to help harmonize your complete energy system, from the root to the crown.
Namaste. There is no greater joy than hearing from those who have experienced this practice. Listen to a student share her transformative journey with the sound meditation course and the mesmerizing beauty of the singing bowls.
About this collection
My approach to these instruments is rooted in utility, not just aesthetics. For instance, the Solfeggio chimes I craft are made with 2mm thick aluminum walls, specifically tuned to ensure they hold resonance during your practice, while my hand-hammered Himalayan singing bowls are selected for their long sustain, which is critical if you are using them for on-body therapy or professional sound bath sessions.
Sound healing is both an art and a science, and the tools you choose should reflect that. My collection is divided into two primary paths: instruments for personal meditation and equipment for professional facilitation.
Instruments for Your Practice
- Himalayan Singing Bowls: These are hand-hammered from a 7-metal bronze alloy. They provide the grounding foundation for any session. I select these personally for their sustain and harmonic richness.
- Crystal Bowls: Tuned to specific chakras, these 99.9% pure quartz bowls offer intense, pure tones that are ideal for focused energy work.
- Solfeggio Chimes: I hand-assemble these 7-pipe instruments myself. They are tuned to precise frequencies to help you align your energy centers, whether you are at home or setting up a studio space.
- Happy Drums: For those new to sound healing, these steel tongue drums offer an accessible, intuitive way to start playing immediately without needing formal musical training.
Why Quality Matters
When you buy an instrument, you are choosing a companion for your journey. Many people ask me if specific frequencies will 'fix' everything. While no tool is a magic solution, having a well-tuned instrument creates the environment where your mind and body can settle, tune in, and find peace. That space is where the real healing begins.
Training & Guidance
Beyond the instruments, my work is about empowering you to lead. Whether you are interested in private sound baths or our Level 1 and 2 Teacher Training courses, I provide the practical skills needed to hold space for others. If you are setting up your own shala or yoga studio in Bengaluru or anywhere else in India, I am happy to help you select the right set of tools that fit your specific vibe and requirements.
