The Journey Behind My Wellness Work
Wellness isn’t just what happens on the mat. Here is a look at the real, human side of my practice—from planning corporate sessions to finding my own balance in a busy city.
The late-night grind bringing a vision to life. This was me planning the "Equal Ground" event, a reminder that turning ideas into reality is one of the most energizing things in the world.
A candid look at a team meeting. Collaboration, brainstorming, and a few snacks are all part of the process of creating meaningful wellness experiences.
A simple portrait, sitting in a foundational yoga pose. This image reflects the core of my work: grounded, approachable, and rooted in the practice.
A happy, relaxed moment at home. Finding balance for me means embracing the quiet moments just as much as the busy ones. This is the calm energy I bring to my sessions.
A quiet moment of reflection on the mat. I believe we grow in uneven, unexpected ways, and this practice helps me embrace every part of that journey.
Seated in Padmasana, or Lotus Pose, with hands in Jnana Mudra. This posture represents the wisdom and stability that I strive to cultivate through my daily practice and share in my teaching.
Taking time to slow down and just be. Mindful living has taught me how to listen to myself and bring balance back whenever I feel disconnected. It is a continuous journey.
A relaxed portrait at home. My personal wellness journey is about integrating small, mindful habits into my life, and that is the practical approach I share with corporate teams.
A mirror selfie in a pottery studio with the words "Let it happen." This reflects my belief in creative expression and surrendering to the process, whether on the yoga mat or at the pottery wheel.
A moment of spontaneous laughter on the mat. Focusing on what makes you feel most like yourself is key, and for me, that includes finding joy and lightness in the practice.
About The Journey Behind the Work
Creating a wellness experience for a corporate team isn't just about picking a sequence of poses. It involves hours of planning, communication, and setting the right vibe long before the team walks into the room. Whether I am designing a 'No Sweat' session for a desk-bound team or a high-energy workshop for an off-site, my focus is always on making sure the practice feels like a genuine pause, not another task on your to-do list.
Behind every session I lead, there is a lot of trial, error, and personal practice. My work is not about creating a sterile environment where everyone mimics perfect shapes. It is about creating a space where a corporate team can actually let their guard down.
Whether I am working with a startup in Gurgaon or a large firm in South Delhi, the goal is always to provide a tool for stress relief that fits into a real, busy life. I pull from my own experience with Ashtanga to bring structure to the sessions, but I swap the rigidity for accessibility.
My process usually involves a 15-minute consultation to understand the team's current stress levels and office culture. Then, I tailor the breathwork and movement to meet them where they are. If you have been feeling the weight of the daily grind and want to bring a sense of groundedness to your workplace, I am here to help facilitate that. It is okay to not be okay, and it is definitely okay to slow down for an hour to reset.
