Grazing Table and Starters

• The Setup: Visually styled table with rustic crates, tiers and themed props.
• Hot Snacks: 3 to 4 varieties on rotation, for example jalapeno poppers, mini samosas, chicken popcorn.
• Cold Grazing: Assorted finger sandwiches, a nachos station with cheese sauce, and salted popcorn.
• Drinks: Mint lemonade, strawberry punch or cold coffee served in dispensers.

Live Station (Choose 1)

• Live Pasta: Penne tossed fresh with your choice of sauces and vegetables.
• Live Chaat: Pani puri, sev puri or dahi puri prepared on the spot.

Dessert and Service

• Sweets: Assorted mini donuts, chocolate tarts or fruit custard cups.
• Service: Buffet servers, chefs, and ceramic or high quality disposable plates.

How Pricing Works

• We build the menu with you, so the price moves with what you pick. There is no fixed card.
• Minimum 50 guests.
• Crockery and serveware, service staff and transportation are charged on top. For roughly 50 guests we deploy 3 to 4 staff.
• A full multi level themed grazing table, as opposed to this styled high tea, is quoted separately as a complete setup.

What We Bring and What You Arrange

• You arrange the tables and chairs. Parents ask us this more than anything else, so to be clear: furniture is not in our scope. Everything that sits on the table is ours.
• For the live counter we will tell you in writing what equipment we carry and what we need from you, such as a 15 amp plug point.

Terms

• 50 percent at the time of booking, 50 percent on the event day.
• Cancellation one week or more before the party: 50 percent of what you paid is refunded. Inside 7 days: no refund.
• We need 2 hours on site to set up, 1.5 hours at minimum.
• Guest count increases need 2 to 3 days notice and are adjusted in the final bill. One or two extra children we simply absorb.
• No cake, no balloons, no backdrops. We clean spillover on the food table, but deep cleaning and waste disposal are not part of our scope.
• Leftover food stays with you to take home or share as you like.

Appetizers and Live Station

• Welcome Drink: Mocktail or milkshake.
• Starters: 3 varieties, veg and non veg mix, passed around on platters by our staff.
• Live Counter: One station, live pasta, mini pizza or dosas.

Main Course

• Breads: Assorted rotis, naan or kulchas served hot.
• Curries: Two rich gravies such as paneer butter masala, dal makhani or butter chicken.
• Rice: Veg biryani, jeera rice or fried rice.
• Sides: Green salad, papad and pickle.

Dessert and Setup

• Sweets: Choice of 2 items, for example gulab jamun with ice cream.
• Setup: Food served in stainless steel chafing dishes with white linen and skirting, all supplied by us.

How Pricing Works

• Menus are customised, so the price moves with what you choose.
• For a genuinely premium gourmet spread the range is higher, from ₹1,200 to ₹1,800 per head.
• Minimum 50 guests. Crockery, service staff and transportation are charged on top.

What We Bring and What You Arrange

• You arrange the buffet tables and chairs. We bring the linen, skirting, chafing dishes, vessels, food and staff.
• We send a written note before the event listing the equipment we carry and the logistics we need from you.

• Rescheduling is subject to our availability on your new date.

• No cake orders, no bar service and no liquor serving. Non veg covers chicken, fish, prawns and mutton, with no beef, pork or other meats.
• No vegan, gluten free or Jain menus at present.
• Leftover food stays with you.

Choose One of Five Boxes

Each box has five items, all vegetarian.

• Package 1: Cheese corn triangles, mini veg sliders, Arrabiata penne pasta in red sauce, chocolate muffins, tetrapack juice.
• Package 2: Cheese garlic bread, loaded nachos, veggie pizza, chocolate tart, tetrapack juice.
• Package 3: Potato kieves, mini samosa, Alfredo penne pasta in white sauce, donuts, tetrapack juice.
• Package 4: Veg spring rolls, veg manchurian, veg noodles, apple cake, tetrapack juice.
• Package 5: Smileys, chilly cheese toast, veg or mayo sandwich, chocochip cup cake, tetrapack juice.

Theme and Presentation

• Packaging: White or kraft snack box with a custom theme sticker, usually the child's name plus the character.
• Styling: Themed toppers and cutouts on the food items.
• Essentials: Disposable wooden cutlery, napkin and ketchup sachet included.

How Pricing Works

• Price moves within the range depending on veg or non veg and how many items go into the box.
• No 50 guest minimum on boxes. We can do as few as 10. Small orders travel by cab or Porter and delivery is charged on actuals.

• Transportation is charged extra depending on the location.
• We do not take cake orders, and we do not do balloons or backdrops. Food and the styling of the food is our part.
• We do not currently offer vegan, gluten free or Jain menus.
