Event Catering in Bengaluru

The Setup

• Presentation: Food served on rustic wooden platters, tiered stands and crates.
• Theming: Custom printed food labels matching the party theme, for example Avengers, Frozen or Lion King.
• Staff: Uniformed servers to manage the counters and assist children.

The Menu

• Drinks: Thick milkshakes such as Oreo, vanilla or strawberry.
• Starters: Mix of smileys, nuggets, french fries or cheese corn balls.
• Mains: Mild pasta and hakka noodles.
• Dessert: Mini donuts or cupcakes.

How Pricing Works

• A grazing table is quoted as a full setup, not per plate. The figure shown is our starting point for a full styled table.
• To give you an accurate number we need to know how many items you want, how many mocktails, and how many people are coming.
• Working to a smaller budget for a children's party? Tell us what you have in mind and we will scale the setup and quote it for you.
• Crockery and serveware, service staff and transportation are charged on top.

What We Bring and What You Arrange

• We bring the platters, stands, props, labels, food and staff.
• You arrange the tables and chairs. Furniture is not in our scope.

Terms

• 50 percent at the time of booking, 50 percent on the event day.
• Cancellation one week or more before the event: 50 percent of what you paid is refunded. Inside 7 days: no refund.
• A grazing table needs the full 2 hours on site to set up.
• Service duration on site is 3 to 4 hours.
• We do not take cake orders and we do not handle balloons or backdrop decor. Food and styling of the food table is what we do.
• Leftover food is yours. Take it home, share it with your staff, or distribute it as you like.

Beverages

• Freshly brewed coffee (filter or instant) and masala chai kept hot in dispensers.
• Sugar sachets and stirrers included.

Finger Foods

• Dip Platter: Nachos or lavash chips with cheese dip or salsa.
• Savoury Bites (Choose 3 to 4): Mini samosas, soft dhokla, mini sandwiches, quiches or spring rolls.
• Sweets: Assorted cookies, mini muffins or banana walnut cake.

• Tiered stands for food display.
• Bone china cups and saucers or high grade paper cups.

How Pricing Works

• Price moves within the range depending on the menu you build with us. We work on customised menus, not fixed ones.
• Minimum 50 guests.
• Crockery and serveware, service staff and transportation are charged on top. For roughly 50 guests we deploy 3 to 4 staff.

What We Bring and What You Arrange

• We bring the food, serveware and trained staff who serve your guests rather than just stand behind the counter.
• You arrange the buffet tables and chairs. This is the question we get asked most, so to be clear: furniture is not in our scope.

• Cancellation one week or more before the event: 50 percent of what you paid is refunded. Inside 7 days: no refund.
• We need 2 hours on site to set up, 1.5 hours at minimum.
• Guest count increases need 2 to 3 days notice and are adjusted in the final bill.
• We clean spillover on the buffet table. Deep cleaning and wet or dry waste disposal are not part of our scope.

Live Counters and Starters

• Welcome Drink: Mint mojito or fresh juice.
• Live Station (Choose 1): Pani puri, tandoor or dosa counter.
• Appetizers (3 to 4 items): Mix of veg such as paneer tikka or manchurian, and non veg such as chicken malai tikka or sheekh.

Main Course

• Curries: Butter chicken or mutton rogan josh, paneer butter masala and dal makhani.
• Sides: Assorted breads, veg biryani or pulao, and curd rice.
• Accompaniments: Salad, papad, pickle.
• Dessert: 2 sweets such as gulab jamun or halwa, plus ice cream.

Service Infrastructure

• Chafing dishes with fuel burners, and our own vessels and serveware.
• Trained waiters for serving, replenishment and clearance.

How Pricing Works

• Price moves within the range depending on the menu. We build every menu with you rather than working off a fixed card.
• For a genuinely high end gourmet spread, the range is higher, from ₹1,200 to ₹1,800 per head.
• Minimum 50 guests. Crockery, service staff and transportation are charged on top. For roughly 50 guests we deploy 3 to 4 staff.

What We Bring and What You Arrange

• You arrange the buffet tables and chairs. We bring everything that goes on them.
• We will send you a written note before the event listing the equipment we carry and the logistics we need from you, such as a 15 amp plug point for live counters.

Terms

• 50 percent at the time of booking, 50 percent on the event day. This applies to corporate bookings too, we do not work on post event credit.
• Cancellation one week or more before the event: 50 percent of what you paid is refunded. Inside 7 days: no refund.
• Rescheduling is subject to our availability on your new date.
• Guest count increases need 2 to 3 days notice and are adjusted in the final bill. A change of one or two people we simply absorb.
• We need 2 hours on site to set up, 1.5 hours at minimum.
• No bar service, no bartenders and no serving of liquor. You are welcome to run your own bar, we simply stay with the food.
• Non veg covers chicken, fish, prawns and mutton. We do not cook beef, pork or any other meat. No vegan, gluten free or Jain menus at present.
• We clean spillover on the buffet table. Deep cleaning and waste disposal are not part of our scope.

Choose One of Five Boxes

Each box has five items, all vegetarian.

• Package 1: Cheese corn triangles, mini veg sliders, Arrabiata penne pasta in red sauce, chocolate muffins, tetrapack juice.
• Package 2: Cheese garlic bread, loaded nachos, veggie pizza, chocolate tart, tetrapack juice.
• Package 3: Potato kieves, mini samosa, Alfredo penne pasta in white sauce, donuts, tetrapack juice.
• Package 4: Veg spring rolls, veg manchurian, veg noodles, apple cake, tetrapack juice.
• Package 5: Smileys, chilly cheese toast, veg or mayo sandwich, chocochip cup cake, tetrapack juice.

Packaging

• Packed in a white or branded cardboard box.
• Includes tissue, ketchup sachet and disposable wooden cutlery.
• Delivered ready to distribute. Drop off only, no service staff.

How Pricing Works

• Price moves within the range depending on veg or non veg and how many items you want in the box.
• No 50 guest minimum on boxes. We can do as few as 10 boxes. Small orders go by cab or Porter and delivery is charged on actuals.

• For delivery only orders under 50 people, we take 100 percent payment at the time of booking.
• Cancellation one week or more before the event: 50 percent of what you paid is refunded. Inside 7 days: no refund.
• Transportation is charged extra depending on the location.
• We do not currently offer vegan, gluten free or Jain menus.
