Our events always start with one thing in mind - how do we make the food part of the actual celebration, not just something on a plate? I've always believed that nothing markets us better than a guest saying, "That food was something else!"

Local Flavours & Nostalgic Setups

We set up food stations that feel real, not fake. The Kerala Chayakada is our take on the old-school tea shop, posters and all. For those who want something different, we build a Kallu Shaap - complete with live ‘touchings’ like beef fry and pork fry sizzling right in front of you. Kids and grown-ups both love our 90's Muttayi Kada (candy shop). Oru Flashback, Oru Ruchi! (A flashback, a taste!) - it’s all about those memories.

There’s a buzz when food’s made right in front of you. From Kerala live food experience like hot appams and stew to live pizza and pasta counters at kids’ parties, we make sure there’s something happening. Charcoal grills for BBQ skewers and live dessert bars with jalebi or cotton candy - you name it.
